Recipe looks quite easy, basically I have everything I need at home liao! I love this feeling, I can bake anything I wan & any time that I feel like it!! Most of the time I still have to get 1 or 2 ingredients lah, but this recipe, I have everything liao!
So after getting ready, I set to do it!
But alas!!! It’s easier said than done!
1st batch: My cookies ended up sticking together cos the space between each is not enough & the cookie dough too much. After expansion, it looked like a Jigsaw Puzzle, cos can break the sides easily. Plus, the temperature n fan control of this oven is not the optimal. The inner ones ended up abit more burnt!
1st Batch

2nd batch: Left more space, but still…. The heat distribution not too gd… ended quite burnt too…..
2nd Batch

From Left to Right: 3rd , 2nd, 1st Batch
(Dun ask me why they got smaller...
cant change the size of my oven,
so bo bian changed the cookie size lor... =P)
Closed up view,OPERATIONS Earl Grey Cookie!
Conclusion: My cookies will end up looking like me – Sun burnt! Chao Dah Bin Gan!
Anyway, not very yummy…. Cant really taste the Earl Grey tea… more of the slight salty taste (like in digestive biscuits) & the burnt taste… bleah… the last time I made cookies (which was also the 1st time) was like 2 X’mas ago… then it was Peanut-Butter- Chocolate-Chip-Cookies! WOooooahhhha! Sinful stuff!
The picture in the recipe book looks like the colour is lighter in colour… I have enough ingredients at home, mayb I shd attempt again while the memory is fresh… but who’s gona eat all the cookie?! Argh!
How it shd look like instead! Bleah!
(Must be the photography skills!)
Made a sandwich for myself… yummy! Salmon “sandwich” bursting at the seams…
More like Salmon Burger! YUM!

Nugget at play… gave him the empty tissue box & he dug his head in, got stuck for a while! Was walking ard the house with his head in the box!
