Ok, those who know me knows well that I am actually quite vain & would actually bother to use 3 X different hair products at any one time, just so my hair can appear 2 cm higher n look more voluminous!
But, actually I am quite looking forward to this event, waited since mid last year.

I am shaving bald in support of children with cancer!
Come 25th July 2010 (Sunday), I will be at VivoCity Central Court to join at least 1000 individuals at HAIR FOR HOPE to shave bald, yes, no more hair!
Hair for Hope is an annual event organised by Children’s Cancer Foundation (fondly known as CCF) to invite members of the public to shave their heads in support of children with cancer.
Through this symbolic gesture, CCF aims to:
1. Create awareness of childhood cancer in Singapore
2. Show children with cancer and their families that they are not alone in their fight against cancer.
3. Boost the self-esteem of children undergoing chemotherapy by sending the message that that there is nothing wrong in losing their hair or being bald.
4. Raise funds to help children with cancer and their families
5. Build a community of support for children with cancer and their families.
CCF needs to raise S$3,000,000 annually in order to deliver critical services to children with cancer and their families.
I want to do my part and invite YOU to pledge a donation to support my shaving. Log on to the Hair for Hope website, http://www.hairforhope.org.sg and look for me under the ‘shavees profile’. Send me a note of encouragement and donate generously! Help to spread the word too.
