Today's quite chuiz... after losing $$ (probably price of a 1.5 X LOEWE Wallet), I feel damn frustrated at work!
I could have used the $$ for many things in my list!
-Indoor trainer (bike)
-Swimming lessons
-Holidays
-Dresses n nice clothes
-Running shoes
-New HP
-Etc.... the list goes on!
Argh!
Enough is ENOUGH! I need to get outa house!
So I went jogged to TP with my Swim cap n goggles tucked tot the back of my swimming costume n shorts! I tried out 2nd part of the Swimming prog from Coach Ellen....
Warm Up
- 6 Br leg kicking w board
- 10 Br of finger tip dragging drill
Training Programme 1 - 468 continuous ( 2 sets )
- meaning your fastest for 4 br, then also slow down a bit for 6 br, then slow down a bit for 8 br. then rest a few min, then 2nd set
Training Programme 2 - 1 fast br then back with 1 recovery, slow but still in good form br, 1 to and fro is considered 1 set - rest again for a while (5 sets)
Completed & rested for a while. Then went for my jog... CHuiz...mayb lousy mood also lah + 1st return training for transition.... struggled quite abit to complete 8km in 53:30 (6.68mins/km).... Considering the fact that I was panting quite abit...it means CHUIZ... it means I was rather Kaput for this set... shagged out... mayb it was "transitional", mayb it was my 心情欠甲 (Mood is less of Ace). Dun care lah!
