Desperado...

In my despair...
I resort to doing it....



No... I am not showing off my muscles....
I am showing u how desperate I am...
Have been suffering from intense arm muscle ache from Cherating...
Duno what happened?! It's so aching that I cant actually lift up my arms... & it is sore even if I just hang them on my shoulders (meaning to so-not doing anything).

So bo bian lor.... tie PHITEN to my arms... overnite for 2 days liao....
instantly 40% better this morning but still sore & heavy...

Miss making my own sandwich!
Today I grilled the chicken fillet, Yellow Pepper and even the bread! YUMMY!
Bathed the Baby Butterhead leaves in the italian dressing too...
Melted cheese... wholesome meal! YUM!


C&N love sniffing at human food!

Duno how they can sleep in such
contorted positions?!
Hahah! But so sweet to see them sleep!

Tried out the swimming programe
Ellen passed to me:

Warm Up - 6 Br leg kicking w board

- 6 Br of finger tip dragging drill
- 6 br of fist swim

Training Programme 1 - 246 continuous ( 2 sets )
- meaning your fastest for 2 br, then also slow down a bit for 4 br, then slow down a bit for 6 br. then rest a few min, then 2nd set

Training Programme 2 - 468 continuous ( 1 sets )
- meaning your fastest for 4 br, then also slow down a bit for 6 br, then slow down a bit for 8 br


Duno if I did correctly or not...Anyway completed in ard 40mins... no one to correct my stroking so bo bian... i actually cycled to TP & planned to do some cycling at the park.... like for 1hr... but 天色以暗 & cycling at even 25kmh scary at a dark place... esp when there are still jogger ard... dun wanna another accident man! So I headed home after doing a loop up & down (4-5km) only... all in all - i probably only cycled 10km today...Haiz... how to squeeze in more time for training?
