Awful day....

Had a terrible day.... woke up with a bad start... some continuation of some nitemare that I had... Was at Mr.Tan's place... as per the previous dream, he was with his gf... though I have never met this person before... I recognised her immediately in my dream this morning...

Duno what happened, I think Mr.Tan patted my shoulders and utter something... I shouted at him :"GET YOUR BLOODY HANDS OFF ME!" so loudly that I woke myself up! Normally when I sleep tok, I am utterly some secret language that only my Dreamy Self will understand... but this morning at 6.24am, I was LOUD & CLEAR! DAmn!

WTF! Starry said that sometimes we dream our our ex-es, it's our "bidding" of forever gdbyes and really end that episode... so chim... =I

Anyway, terrible headache... my ankle is still in pain.... still diligently icing it... argh.... pain...

Then work was terrible.... had to attend a training at Tanjong Pager URA Centre in the evening... I was limping there by then, even in my new flats, ankle guard and my titanium band... argh...

Worst, the reshuffling news is just too much for me to take it... massive reshuffling, I may not be able to continue to work with the pple to enjoy working with anymore... the only thing that keeps me at work these day... the pple...

We went for a light drink at Red Dot... the usual gang... rambling... left home with a heavy heart... haiz...

Supa Record Maintained! YAY!

Still in pain... couldnt walk much.... no choice, so yest I decided to visit my handsome old Doc. at the clinic downstairs (doubt I could even make it to the central and to find the Raffles Medical Clinic)!

Oh, but handsome old Doc. is not around! Relief was a young plucky guy... probably my age... he gently twisted my ankle clockwise, anti-clockwise... press here and there.... then pronounced that I have probably injuried my ankle ligament! Amazing how they can figure out just like this! *FAINT!* My Papa could do that too! Actually Davidson was even better, he could prescribe the exact remedy through MSNing when I described to him the symptons! WUAHAHAH!

So it's 2 X Days MC... Planned to go back on Wed if I can..... But still I couldnt! So on Wed night, I bravely took the bus to Tampines Mall, stormed (more like Limped) into Charles&Keith, pointed to the nearest pair of decent looking flats, asked for a size 37, tried it on, then proceed to pay for it.... all in 5mins flat...yes, for those who know me, I maintained my Shoe-Buying record yet again... duno if I have shaved a few micro seconds off though?! kekek!

My 1st pair of girly shoes with only 1" heel?!

WTH!

Give me back my 2.5" heels! ARGH!

*I figured when my ankle recovers, I can still keep this pair for when I get pregnant!

Provided it has not disintergrated by then... =P

Oh, then I noticed that how Cookie&Creamie have growth!!!

They are now lying side by side in their comfort zone....wouldnt be long before they seek other sleeping haven!

Yet I have a Nice Fuzzy Feeling in me... like a long time fren who hasnt visited me for a while... Becos of this, I'm nw terrified, shitting in my boxer shorts, lotza wat-if n ?? popped up...

Starry told me this advice some1 gave her:

I felt esp strong abt this last nite... was feeling a little rusty, have I already forgotten hw it's like to fancy some1?

Royalty visits!

The Royalty Huang Family visited my humble residence today!
Immediately Prince Garren and Princess Glenda set off to traumatise my poor Babies....
Luckily Cookie is mild mannered, ever the gentleman.... not so lucky for the person who tries to carry Creamie... the Royal Queen is just too cool to be cuddled!

Been wanting to do this for the longest time ever!
OPERATIONS DESIGN-YOUR-OWN-TSHIRT!
Actually bot the "Magic Crayons" (what I told the kids) sometimes back in Oct, wanted to do this for the School Holidays but alas, laziness to travel to Bishan and hectic work schedules means my plans have to be shelved again!

So today! Finally! We sat down to colour! I had traced the picture outline then in Oct... me not too good with kids, but I figured they probably cant draw that well or may colour outa lines so I choose simple pictures. For Princess Glenda who just turned 5, her favourite Purple Dino, BARNEY! She shrieked with Excitement and shouted "BARNIIIIII!!!!"

For Prince Garren who goes bonkers over Cars and Planes.... a Goggled Rabbit flying in an Twin Engines Propeller plane. He went "Wow Kuku, the Plane so cool!"

I actually prepared a Coloured Copy... in case they need some guidance... at their age, who says Barney cant be in Green?! Let the Creative juices flow!

Kids as they are, Impatient and short attention span... so I had to chip in to help! But that's what made it more fun!

That's how bad I have been as a Kuku... I totally have no sense of how sizes should be like for children clothes and what they like to play with!

I really wish and ought to spend more time with they... haiz...

Me n Starry met up with Wendy, Sui, Ellen and Meishan at Brewerkz for pig out session! Ellen n Meishan were late, so we ordered a Beer tower 1st, only to be told when they arrived that they dun wanna drink. Flu n not feeling well...& Stella dun drink, wendy driving, Sui's keeping guppies in her beer mug.... do the maths... that leaves mainly me and Wendy again... No complains abt the YUMMY Beer... but my tummy/Belly is not looking too yummy already... boohooo....

It was a nice catch up session... had fun posing for pics! I'm really not gd at this but it was all done in the name of fun! Always-Shy-Sui, Suddenly-Shy-Wendy and ever-Cool-Ellen had to give in to our demands to pose too!

My Beautiful Sunday started off with
PART 1: StanChart Half Marathon....
PART 1.5: StanChart Half Walkaton...

Finally, some1 agreed to go with me... but poor Alvin, he agreed without knowing exactly what's the distance!!! Only after confirming he can replace Ellen's position, he asked:"So how many X (times) 5km is this half marathon?"
*FAINT* I tot he was kidding me... i told him: "Abt 5 Xtimes? Duh..."
Then came the WTF look on his face...
I can laugh just thinking of his expressions then! Wuahaha!

Anyway, he was a sport to go with me... Thankful!

We jogged alright, prob reaching 7km before pain in the legs overcome us... so we walked 2/3 the distance back! And walk is someting I do quite abit... yet the strange pain in my left heel is telling me this is no good...

Never come by so close to the Singapore Flyer... wonder why do pple pay so much to go up this thing, is it really that fun?! Hmmm..... the tot of Queuing up turns me off already... but who knows... mayb...jus mayb... i'll actually succumb to go up the Ferris wheel. My first and also last was probably when I was 11yrsO... hmm... it's strange hw an eleven year old kid can think so much... so unforgettable memories...

Anyway, it was good fun! Starry met us and gave me her support! MUCKS Starry! Thanks for being such a dear, queue for food and spending time with me!

New year resolution: Make more $, save more $, get a place nearer to ECP! I promise I'll be a good girl and exercise more!

I must say that I am a Cheap po po....some 3 years ago, I read in the newspaper that the book is coming out, I eyed the book... but when it came out, I tot it's too expensive for a story book... wanted to wait till it's available in the library.

But my good old ex bot it and surprised me! Written some stuff inside and even made a pretty nice bookmark for it:
"....... This book taught me 1 thing, having you and having our dog together are the reasons I work hard for....." Awwwwww....

But of cos, we became Ex-es, and of cos we din have a dog together (Thank God!), I never believe in sharing something so intimate like a dog in a non-committed relationship anyway... too...too.... complicated.... makes things alot messier than it can possibly become. Things changes, and quickly too... promises are often too easily written or said, than done or meant.

Mayb this book meant more than just a biography of John Grogan, it meant some kind of hope to me...that despite the ups and downs in life, there are some things or some 1 that we don't, we wouldnt and we shouldnt give up on.

Oh... Life is such a bitch!

My Cookie is a Watermelon Thief!

I brought Cookie and Creamie for their Virgin Walk walk.... had to bring them 1 by 1 cos there is only 1 me in case they go bonkers sniffing the cool night air!

With a harness and leash, I went downstairs.... I told myself to let them play for abt 15 mins....
Just so to make the trip more enjoyable, I prepared their favourite food and left it in the kitchen! I intend to let them eat straight after coming up! I cant feed them downstairs in case they develop the tendency to escape in search of fav food!
Also I prepared the wet towel to rub them down thereafter! YAY!

Verdict:
1) Cookie is actually a Pussy! He is timid and would hide in between my-u-knw-where whenever I squat down to welcome him in my arms! CHuiz.... whenever I 'pull' him along, he will literally "melt down into a puddle of kitten".... whole body nuaz on the floor and as if asking for a rubba! So... FAILED! Next!

2) Creamie is definitely a Pussy... by creation and character! *Image MGM Lion ROAR"! Wild tigress She walk alright, couching low to the ground, ready to pounce on what ever that comes her way any moment! She was scared alright, but definitely more daring to exploring! At least she made the whole session qualify as a "walking the Cat".... YAY! PASSED!

Then I bathed them both! As usually, Creamie being literally Meowed me deaf! Cookie was alright. Fed them their fav, but they both ignored me for quite a while, probably for forcing them to bathe! Until I whipped out their fav fav: Watermelon!

After I took this video, I quickly gobble down my last 2 pieces of Mei Ren!

Finally after navigating thru the lalang.... we arrived at Singapore Flying Club!
