Remarks:
-Tried Froggy kim's suggestion of pulling toward ur body n down for this session.
1st 20laps was swimming very relaxed… did not exert too much force
-last 10laps put in considerable amount of strength n empathsized on pulling.
-not too bad

Bleah, my right eye is red n sore again! Must be the cornea scratch still not fully recovered?!!! Funni cos I din have any pain on Sat when I swam with Froggy Kim n Princess Clare! Wat's wrong!! vexed!

Trying very hard to squeeze LG for extended warranty on my LG KS 20... puiz!
My pathetic 1 year warranty ends on 6Feb2010...meaning that I have the phone for almost 1 yr liao!
To think that I actually made $132 from this phone (I dun do Lugi biz one!), actually the phone is a great deal!
But over this 1yr period, I have been to the service center for 4 times....
1st time: 2weeks after I got the phone! Argh! Buttons not working!
2nd time: probably 3 mths later.Buttons not working & hung.
3rd time: nov 2009 - cant unlock screeen, changed New Screen panel
4th time 30Jan2010 - cant unlock screen, cant do master reset on HP.
Minus the times that I had to conduct a Hard Shut down (means to take out battery cos hp hung & cant even off the HP at least once a day.... avg thrice a day....minus the times that I holed out at home - conducting CPR on my Hp....the last time I did that was on new Year's day! WTFish!
I think I have been more than PATIENT.... I cant stand it if my gadget spoils! So this is it!
For an extended warranty, I had to resort to these.... :
"I am NOT gona pay a single cent on any parts replaced..."
"No, now u try to understand my agony - I am not even asking for compensation for the manhours lost trying to restore the hp" ,
"I am a Software person, dun tell me it's the software / windows mobile problem... it is the Hardware.. which is LG problem I tell u...",
"I will only speak to the Service Manager on duty... pls ask him/her to call me directly...Yes, I can wait - i have wasted enough time on this matter, this little time to wait is nothing compared to wat I have been thru"
Dun get me wrong, I am not a difficult person... I dun usually demand for things... I am reasonable enough to only ask for this 2 things:
-Warranty on these 2 defects:
1) wire cable connecting to buttons (buttons unresponsive)
2) Screen panel (cant unlock phone, as cant detect Stylus)
Other than that, I think it's only fair that I pay for the defects if it is newly spoilt... oh, did i mentioned? these two parts have been replaced before already! Apparently it's not working again! So I am quite reasonable right to demand for extended warranty for these 2 defects!
& they actually tried to pacify me with extension of 2 weeks... making it sound like it's purely gdwill! WTF*** I is my gdwill that I dun calculate in the manhours lost to doing this phone, backing up & restoring etc... Now I got 3 mths on these 2 defects, I am decently pleased... & even though I didnt ask for it,the Service manager gave me his Hp number on standby... anytime I can call him he said.... i assured him that if I have no biz to call him, I wun... & I will only call during Office hrs... Goody!
So later I will be collecting my Hp! I'll have to spend the next 1hr or so restoring the hp to it's original state.... from ringtones to wallpaper + chinese reading software... yes... after doing it for the at least 20th times.... I am quite versed in it, but still it will take me abt 1 hr.... argh...
