supposed to run 4 Sets of 4km with 3minutes rest in between... in the end, only managed to do 2 sets & i succumbed to fatigue n hot weather. shagged.
Plus, supa no discipline lah! Havent been waking up early for the past weeks.... since morning Asian trading session not much actions lately, have been allowing myself to wake up like 7.30, 8am sometimes even 9am!
Plus plus, havent been sleeping on time! have been working OT on my lappy till abt midnite, then read & fall asleep only ard 1am, last nite I probably dozed off at 2am. Shagged.
