MacDonna Breakfast n KPO Auntie at NTUC!

Went to eat dinner with Mei, Chris, Clarissa, Sheila n Alan at Changi Village last nite!

I asked my other good friend, hungrygowhere.com where to go for nice Dim Sum & was prompted to try this Johor Bahru Handmade Dim Sum =)

Along the way, I asked Mei abt how's things with her bf,Alan...

"Mei, 你 *幸福*了吗?"  I meant to be cheeky, play a pun on the chinese words as in :

幸(姓-surname) 福 (Happinesss)...  change her maiden surname from 陈 to her husband name, jokingly to be 福...

Then we realised that her bf's surname is Foo, as in 符... so it was CORRECT to ask:

"Mei, 你 *姓符*了吗?" Meaning if she had taken her "hubby" surname!!

We ended up laughing loudly in the car!

Kekek!

Anyway, we ended up 1st stop at Charlie's Corner... a hang out place famous for their range of imported beer! I had

ASAHI BLACK!

Noticed this marker: HARMONY LINE!

*maybe if u drank the amount exceeding this line,

u will no longer be "Harmonious" to Hang Out with!*

Wuahaha!

In the end, we had Bak Kut Teh instead.... supposed to be famous in CV, but it was not as yummy as expected... I have eaten far better ones... like the Hong Lim complex 1, the East Coast Lagoon Hawker Centre, Joo Chiat Rd 1s.... etc.... even Mei said that her father's Pig's Trotter tasted much Much MUCH better! Faint! She said if I wanna eat, I can ask her Papa, he will SURELY cook for me! Woohoo!!

It was a Good evening nite's out hanging with the girls!

I tried them last nite... sure beats having to drink LOTSA Baileys, Neat Gin / Vodka, Cough or Flu medication & of cos the Sleeping pills!

I managed to fall asleep ard 12am though tossing her & there thruout the nite, I felt like I had at least sleep more than anything for the past 4 days...

I woke up this morning at 7.30am!
I asked Papa if he wanna go market & eat tog, he said I very long never bring him eat MacDonald's liao!
Aiyoh! So we headed for the MacDonna at Tamp Mall & ordered 3 BIG breakfast meal...

I jokingly told him:
"Papa, 带你出来真麻烦! 你只要吃... 麦当当!"

See! He was so Happy!

Smiling to himself!

We got to play the Monopoly!

Won a pack of Fries!

Went grocery shopping at NTUC... knowing that my Papa likes to "Show off" his knowledge of Fish (what to do, he's a Fish Monger what!), I asked him to teach me the names of the fishes...  Cos I cant relate the English Names from the Teochew or Chinese names that he always tell me! Ok, mistake - we walked thru.... FISH BY FISH... the WHOLE FISHERY DEPARTMENT of NTUC Tampines Mall... the Whole... & he almost repeat the whole department... faint! Hahah! Bo Bian, let he "show off" abit lah!

I walked the Vege department with Linda... & questioned her abt the vege, comparing it against the labelling... got this KPO housewife kept trying to answer the questions I posed to Linda.... damn KPO lah! She like Ma Ciam she owes the department... no no... NTUC, like that lah! I asked Linda.... she answer me... Linda also stood back & let her answer lah! Damn KPO auntie cant mind her own biz!

Then I noticed this vege...

 So I asked Linda, "why is this called the "娃娃菜?"
Linda couldnt answer in time, KPO Auntie answered in the most Peacock way (nostrils pointing the sky pattern):
"因为是 Baby 的包菜lah! Girl,你要好好学啊!" 
WTF! This KPO Auntie is too much!

So I rattled off, directing to the KPO Auntie:
" So why  Cabbage 叫 "白菜", not "White Vege"?
Then Kai Lan 叫 "Baby Kai Lan" 不是 "Doll Kai Lan" or "娃娃 Kai Lan", &&& WHY "Baby Asparagus" 不叫 "Doll Asparagus"?!!
还有 Baby "小白菜" (Xiao Bai Cai) is called "奶白" (Milky white)...
AUNTIE, 为什么,为什么,为什么har!!?!"

KPO Auntie quietly walked away... no no.. she sneaked n "siamed" away... BLOODY HELL!  suddenly she became Deaf Auntie - cant hear what I ask HER... I hoped I "Ma Lu-ed" her! Serve her right! So KPO! Kekek!
