Dun feel too well today... argh...
Meeting Eeleen for haircut with new hairstylist... trying her home stylist out.... mayb got new feel?!
Cut + impromptu decided to do some highlights... the highlight likes kinda "patchy"... next time I must tell her I wan "Streaks" instead... nevertheless, I like my hair short! So all is good!
Famished by the time we finished... still not feeling too well.. stomach cramp... argh...
Gobbled down our lunch at 2+3pm & I adjourned to Boat Quay to catch the Dragonboat race...
Actually lotsa "感触" Feeling to go down to watch DB race... always abit of hesitant to go down... duno anybody there... I mean, really know know... those old birds... etc... also kinda scare to bum into pple I know from long time ago... afraid for them to ask me "what I'm doing now" etc...
Nevertheless, I told myself to be brave & braced for whatever is to come...since I "promised" I will go down either on Sat or Sun.... would preferred to go down on Sunday thou, but really too tight the timing... so today die die cramp also must crawl there... put a smile on my face! Tahan Soya...
True enough, bummed into pple from old school team... ex team mates whom I havent met since like mayb 7or8yrs ago? Said "hello" to old SAFSA Team mates... that's really the toughest 1... cos I dun really contact them anymore... the feeling is weird... cos you used to be so close... go thru thick & thin with these pple... but now the distance has drifted, 距离像大海...
Happy to see the PLK pple thou! Finally found them! I watched 1 race (mixed team) & the win was so "clean" that I couldnt stop myself from telling them! had told myself to "shut up" on any DB technicalities... just go & watch & support... couldnt resist lah! Must tell them cos it's too cool!
DB will never be the same as I remb it... I wanna savour the sweet memories I still have with me...=)

Took train back & by the time I reached home, I was totally wasted...
Washed up & prepare for bed.... drank my chamomile tea & hit the sack with a hot water bottle on my tummy.... at these at 7pm... I told Linda that I wan no DInner... no appetite to eat as not feeling well...
slept till 9pm, woke to go toilet...
slept again... till 11pm (need to put alarm to wake cos else I will sleep thru the night without going to toilet)...
fed the kitties, famished... drank some left over soup on the table.... (actually I felt like I was sleep walking, cos I was literally walking.... not seeing...)
Within 10mins, I dropped dead again on my bed & slept till 6.30am in the morning... alarm to wakey for jog! OMG! I could have slept till at least 10am...
I did some calculations... i have slept almost 10.5hrs... am I coming down with some flu bug?! Oh No pls!!

Sunday
We ran our 2nd 20km today... weather started out great, sun was up, but the breeze was strong... only towards the last part when the heat was just a teeny bit too much for us to bear...
Timing was decent, good & constant pacing:
1st 10km - 1hr 5 mins
2nd 10km - 1hr 5mins
Total = 2hrs 10mins (same as last week's)
My legs are not too good... every joint hurts, except my right ankle which is not in pain .... YET...
OUCH... the ache starting to coming in more acute when we were on our way to the shower... OUCH...
Then to my surprise, my new white cap is stained in RED! OMG! I showed Ellen & told her that I think it's my hair dye (from yest's highlighting etc)... she said she tot I had run till I "走火入魔" (overtrained) till my head bleed?! Wuahaha! So funny lah! I had to laugh at it though I was feeling really upset abt my new white cap....
We came out from the shower & saw this!
The sailing dinghies & Lasers were launching out at the one after another!

Adjourned to Lim Chu Kang... Neo Tiew! We had planned this excursion since 2 mths ago!!!
Though I have been there before, I was still really excited to go cos I love the nature!

We headed straight to Poison Ivy the bistro & feast!
Dessert! Assorted Kuehs & cakes!
As usual, had too much food! Time burn those calories! We toured the plantation!

Due to H1N1, we no longer can come up clsoe & personal with the baby goats(kids) & feed them hay.... Bleah! Can only watch from afar...
Nevertheless, we put Sui & Stella to the test!
Sui drinks milk, but she also cant really stand the aftertaste of the Goat's Milk...
For stella, it's a Challenge! She dun even drink milk!!! OMG!

Sui was ok when she drank it, finished it - but she quickly bot another sweet drink at the next stop to rinse the aftertaste away!

Last stop: Firefly Organic farm...
Was rather rush for this stop cos we had to go back liao... so we chop chop tour the place & Sui also bot some Organic Sweet potatoes!

We conclude our Educational Tour! There are actually quite alot of other farms there, fish Koi farms, Bull frog, Dragonfruit, Hydroponics greens etc... till the next visit bah!

I left to attend Kona's doggy class at Hougang & she was getting really gd with her "STAY" command!
Mr.A said "of cos lah! I got practise with her at home leh!" Chey!
Rather impressed with the whole drill today! Kona's a natural when it comes to Obstacle course! She breeze thru it lah!!! So happy to go thru the whole drill & into the arms of Mr.A... cool!
After the lesson, we went back to put her home, then went West Coast for Jap food... 1st time going to that part of Singapore man! I was joking that he was bringing me to sell! We both agree that he will make a loss lah! Bleah!
Went Fong Seng for kopi also... jus for a short while... I was rather tired & disappointed abt some matters... I din feel like hanging out till late....
So I got a drop off at Alexandra Rd... ARGH! It's PSA Blding again! The place where I had to admit my LG Handphone into their "A&E", it's just opp! OMG! What coinicidence! So I took a cab back & $16 blast on cab fare... too tired already lah!
Anyway, I K.O. with the help of Starry Stella's "Chamomile Peaceful sleep spray" from Bodyshop... thanks starry... Starry Swet dreams for me thereafter.... =)
