Vices - Nice bikes!

Been thinking of getting a Bike...

Nope, not Motorbike... though of cos I wish lah! But a bicycle...
Cant decide on which type + got budget...

So I wrote down a list:

Reasons:
- Go market/sch/interchg
- Encourage Papa to cycle / exercise abit

Criteria:
- Must be able to lock outside the house, at public place without fear of it getting stolen
- Must be Light / compart, put basket (can put bag, marketing, Creamie +Nugget!)
- Must be cheap!

 Options:
- Cruiser
- Mountainbike
- Foldable Bike

Receed a few places.... Carrefour, my neighbourhood bicycle shops... etc....

Cruisers...

- Real vintage, old school kind...

The original idea was to get a Cruiser with a basket... Imagine me cycling.... u know... like those jap women, wear the protective sleeves to protect their arms from UV rays... Wear a straw Hat.... wear a dress or long skirt... cycling... with their marketing in the basket....
So I asked my best friend google.com for such images so I can better illustrate to u...

The cheapest I can find for such bike (excluding if I buy spray paint to customise it myself - ok, no shocking pink)... $130. Bleah

+ Easy to lock (rear wheel comes with a lock too), has a Main stand so easy to park, easy to cycle (it's a CRUISER -duh!)
- Body very long, dun even think of bring it to ECP to cycle... cant put on Whalebone bike rack, Heavy.



Recently Ellen got a gift from her friends... a foldable bike like this!

*Freaking expensive... $300 (an copy version that is made-in-where else but China)!

Damn cool... cheapest I found... $130... faint!
+ Small, can keep away if not cycling (or travelling on MRT)
- Difficult to lock cos mostly all "quick release" since it's foldable, a little harder to cycle cos the wheels are small & turning angles can be very sharp is not used to it.

Mountain bike needless to introduce.... but that's my last choice lah!
