Eventful Sunday!

Lazy Saturday... din feel like going out... bleah...
watching movies on Lappy & nuaz...weather was cooling N chill!

Even Creamie was feeling as lazy as moi!

 Did my run with Ellen at ECP! We are meeting earlier n earlier cos we need to cover the distance!
Was a really gd run! We started Strong, finished decently & in gd timing....

1st 10km was 1hr4mins, return lag was 1hr6mins = total did 20km for 2hrs10mins *part of our plan is to cover this distance in this timing! COOL!

Soya Ng S M - completed her FIRST ever 20km in all her 29yrs! WOW.... rather smug abt this achievement! Just really unbelieveable for me! OMG!

We bathed at the Park's Public toilet today.... it's those open concept kind, communal shower stall & then u can change in the changing cubicles later.... It was COLD in the morning.... at 10am & the sea breeze blowing against ur cold skin! But the feeling was Great! Still feeling the "Runner's High" from completing the distance today! YAY!

Had out heavy lunch Brunch at the Lagoon Hawker Centre! Ellen loves the Duck porridge there & we waited for 15mins for the stall to open, they open at 11am! OMG! We had expected the Queue, so we sat right NEXT to the stall & when Uncle starts biz (after rejecting many customers asking if he's opened already), we can dash to be 1 of the first few to eat his famous Duck Porridge!

We ordered quite abit of food + 2 X drinks each (to replenish the water we lost)!

My plans to visit Wen's Parents foiled... no problem, next week bah. Managed to nap for a 45mins before I had to leave to hse.

Watched Mr.A's dog, Kona, is having her 1st lesson with Dr.Dogs & I watched in awe how the lesson was conducted! It was FUN! Lots socialising for the doggies... there were a Cairn Terrier, Westie, Toy Poodle, Maltese, Silky Terrier and of cos Kona, Jack russell! COOL!

I have always wanted to learn how to train dogs.... in case I have 1 in the future! So I was more than happy to sit in the session! It was well-organised, the class was small, trainer was quick n experienced to point out some mistakes... COOL!

I totally enjoyed watching the furkids run ard, though they are mostly just sniffing and checking out each others.... *AHEM* Well, you-know-where... I realised that I really loves Dogs.... but at the same time I can be firm with them to train them!

Ok, verdict: not for the faint hearted like Miss Soya...

I had already pre-warned Mr.A that he abide by the following if I were to watch with him:
1) Bring Tissue,
2) Dun laugh at me if I cry or scream,
3) Dun tell pple if I cry,
4) Send me home, make me chamomile tea, tuck me in bed, tell me bedtime stories if I cant sleep.

He abided all of them ... except for number 4) lah! of cos! Wat were you thinking!?! *WINK*

I'm not gona tell what happened in the theatre when I was supa terrified. What I can tell is that,
Yes, i cried n sobbed alittle....
Yes, i screamed... more than once, or twice or thrice... I pity the malay boy sitting beside me...he jumped each time I screamed too...
Yes, i covered my head in the jacket....
Yes, A's right sleeve is still intact n dry after the movie... I didnt shred it to pieces or soaked it with tears...
All these were within my expectations of what I would do....

But....but... what something else happened too, & THAT was something I didnt expect to happen... totally surprised me....Until I recalled Papa's warning since young that "girls shouldnt go watch scary movies with boys..."  Whatever goes on when the lights goes out, remains.... in the dark... - Ok, am just gona leave it as it is here! Wuahaha!

Anyway, we had our late dinner at Lau Pat Sat... drove back "topless" & cooning the 80's Chee-na songs loudly along ECP... it was nicee...

At the carpark, I teased him that he did not abide by RULE NUMBER 4! He asked if I was for real!
I said "Of cos lah! Piang, Men! Always Promise liao forget!"

He then attempted to find a parking lot and of cos, being the kind n nice Soya that you know... I stopped him & told him I was just testing him lah! He sighed relief before Flashing me his Megawatt smile! Damn! I shouldnt have stopped him & see how far he can go! Wuahaha!

No lah, I got off the car & went back... only to almost bang my head against the lift wall when I was sure no one's looking!!!

The clock strikes 12 when I reached home... this is the 2nd time it happened when I got back after meeting A... suddenly I felt like Cinderella... except a much darker & sportier version! *WINK!*
